Very comfortable and friendly stay...

Liked: Very comfortable and quiet location close to the US consulate - perfect in general but especially for those needing to visit for their green card appointments. Very comfortable bed, nice shower and AC. Very nice breakfast and superbly helpful staff. Lots of food options nearby and a stones throw from the boardwalk for a stroll in the Naples sun & view of Mount Vesuvius. 10/10!

Liked: Fortuna was an amazing host with exceptional customer service skills. Knowledgeable and friendly, all of her recommendations were perfect. Loved the hotel and location which was near the US consulate, plenty to do with stunning views two blocks away of Mount Vesuvius.
Disliked: Everything was perfect!

Great hotel in a good...

Liked: Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Answered queries immediately and provided recommendations for places to eat and things to see. Hotel clean and bedrooms well equipped. We had to check out before breakfast but were kindly given a breakfast to go. Would definitely stay again.

Best pet friendly accomodation in...

Liked: The room was a delight! A lot of space and loved the little stairs leading to another floor. The fact that the hotel is in a historic building is also special. If you come with your four legged friends, please dont look further and stay here. They are so welcomed!
Disliked: The toilet seat was a bit high for me but nothing that bothered that much. I would still come back.
