Good

Liked: The room was large, was able to accommodate 2 large luggage on the floor. The complimentary minibar and amenities kits are an added bonuses. It could be one of the best rooms we had in Italy.
Disliked: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, so it is a back breaking task to lift 2 large luggage up. A total of 40 steps up. The aircon would auto switch off. It switched off twice during our 1 night stay. We had to sleep through in a hot and stuffy room. The windows could not be opened.

Liked: Great location. You can expect noise outside due to location but ear plugs are provided and helpful for nighttime The staff was wonderful. I unfortunately got sick after my second day and they called and made an appointment with a local doctor and made sure that my husband brought me breakfast and I had enough fluids The trip did not turn out as expected but the stay was lovely
Disliked: The steps but only because I’m old and out of shape. I was expecting the steps though.

Liked: The location was great. Easy walk from the train station and right next to Mercato Centrale so lots of food and things to do. Very clean room and bathroom! The stocked fridge was an added bonus!

Liked: Great location, close to the train station, very clean, customer service, and value.The fridge was loaded with different types of drinks all for free.Hotel was just in front of the Mercato Centrale.
Disliked: Only stairs, if I remember well there were 4 flights of stairs; we were ok because we were traveling light otherwise it could be an issue.

Excellent place to stay in...

Liked: We love to stay near Mercato Centrale. This B&B is right in the heart of that area and easy to navigate. There is great dining options, quick walk to the train station and many other top Florence attractions. The room is updated, very clean, and comfortable for being relatively small. It is exactly what we needed as we didn’t spend a lot of time there as we were out exploring. The people were so nice at this place as well. They go out of their way to make it easy for you as they allowed us to store our bags prior to check-in and also accommodated us as we forgot items in the safe after check out. They were very easy to contact via WhatsApp and the staff were great onsite.
Disliked: There is inherently some noise from the market and places below but considering how much is going on, it really isn’t bad. After 10-11pm it’s pretty quiet.

A excellent B&B with care...

Liked: Great location, good communication with the hosts. Breakfast included and a free minibar which is cool! Modern rooms.
Disliked: Nothing!

Unpleasant.

Liked: This was just a place to sleep before our reservation for our week in Florence began. It is not someplace I would recommend.
Disliked: All aspects of our stay were substandard.
