Liked: The hosts were wonderful- hospitable and helpful. Even the first evening they explained everything and showed a map what and where to visit. The breakfast was brilliant.The tram connection and the location of the apartment is perfect.
Disliked: There was some repair work at the next-door aapartment and it was a bit noisy. Just a matter of coincidence.

Liked: The hosts were really kind and helpful. I have gluten allergy and they prepared gluten free sweets for the breakfast. The property is relatively close to the city centre, 10-15 minutes by tram. There are several supermarkets close to the apartment.
Disliked: The walls are a bit thin, but all in all this accommodation is absolutely worth the price.

Liked: Still need to walk a bit from hotel to tram, to travel around city centre.
Disliked: booking.com did not mentioned in booking that we need to pay city tax to l Grillo Di Firenze B&B.

Liked: wonderful staff, very helpful and making creat cappuccinos in the morning. The breakfast is mainly pre-packed food. The rooms are basic, a bit "cold" with few atmosphere lights but everything you need for a good stay. Comfortable beds, well working heating.
Disliked: nothing

Liked: Lovely hotel, very clean, close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Breakfast amazing. People working at the hotel realy lovely.
