Great hotel, great location and...

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent, in the center of Madrid, from where you can reach most attractions by walk. Also HOP on HOP of station is in front of the Hotel. The breakfasts were excellent. The staff is very friendly and always available. Rooms are clean. Staff in recepction is friendly especialy Vanessa, she was kind and she helped us with directions and restaurant reservations. I would happily choose this hotel again.

Liked: Great location. nothing too much trouble. breakfast was fresh and good choices.
Disliked: it was all great. our room faced the Gran Via and even the hustle and bustle was entertaining!!
