Verging on luxurious.

Liked: Adequate breakfast supplied in room, U-shaped layout, two TVs. sea views. Excellent service by staff on arrival.
Disliked: Memory-foam style bed was hard to get used to (sank and stayed down). Noisy street party (unexpected - no fault of the hotel. Giant ornate mirrors were a bit of a puzzle.

10/10 will stay again. Comfiest...

Liked: Super comfy bed, an assortment of pillow styles (soft, medium, firm) wow, very roomy spaces, great bathroom. Huge mirror, iron provided, two keys instead of having to share the one, parking provided, walking distance from everything in town, great vibe with the artworks in the lobby. Staff were super friendly and professional and helpful. Would definitely stay again. The Commission (pub next door) 10/10 amazing space and food.
Disliked: Honestly nothing. You have to walk up a couple flights of stairs which we were happy to do but could be an issue for elderly vacationers. TV was small but we didn't go to Burnie to watch TV.

Liked: The locality suited us and the staff are so very helpful and considerate.
Disliked: The stairs were a little painful and our bed was a bit low and folding in the middle.
