We would highly recommend II...

Liked: The location was perfect. We were able to walk almost everywhere and when we couldn’t we were close to the train & bus terminals. We loved that it had authentic Italian charm with modern updates. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for “must sees” and free events. The included breakfast was very good also. Would definitely stay here again!

Superb

Liked: The staff was mega friendly - they explained some things about the city upon arrival and gave us some handy tips. Other than that, everything is clean and comfortable. And one of the best locations to stay at while visiting Florence (all the main highlights within max 10-15 mins walking).

Liked: Location was great. The staff were mostly very nice and friendly except for one lady from the breakfast.
Disliked: The toilet couldn’t flush very well. The eggs at breakfast was pretty bad.

A very quirky hotel which...

Liked: Enjoyed stying at the Guelfo Bianco. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The prosecco and fruit provided in the rooms was a nice touch. Also the help yourself prosecco at the bar was very much appreciated. The breakfasts were excellent and the the waiting staff were lovely.
Disliked: We had hoped that there might be a bar in the hotel and a lounge area.
