Liked: The reception was awesome, I had an issue with my room key, and she booked me into another room without issue. The room itself was very comfortable.
Disliked: I was not very impressed with the breakfast, not very hot, pancakes were dry, eggs were also dry. I liked the hot pool, but the pool was, in my opinion, to shallow for my liking.

Liked: Facilities, breakfast, pool, hot tub, clean room, staff.
Disliked: The fan in the bedroom. I was able to turn it off for only 1 out of 4 nights. It was very cold.

Liked: i like the staff .. they are friendly and food also is good.
Disliked: what i didn't like is the door .. its not completely close .. also you can hear people slamming their doors.

Disliked: Steam room wasn’t working as well as I thought. But the pool and hot tub very nice and the waterfall feature in the hot tub is a nice touch.
