Never again.

Liked: There was a hair on my bed when I checked into my room. Proceeded to go to the bathroom and the toilet was full of hair and dirt. Moved to new room, to find toe nail clippings on the floor when the sun hit it in the morning. Was then given a drink at the lounge with mold on it and was told it was part of my drink. No compensation, nothing. Will NOT be staying here again.

A very nice and comfortable...

Liked: Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was goo but very basic. Pool and hot tub were great.

A comfortable stay with friendly...

Liked: Getting to the pool was strange. It’s like the clerk didn’t know how to get there. We went downstairs and it was locked up so a random stranger had to tell us where to find it…go around this corner, down the hall, through the change room and it’s on the left. We had to remember the code to get back. Just very strange and not well marked at all. It’s an old hotel and you can feel it but it’s been redone nicely. We had a good stay.

Great memories with my son.

Liked: We had nice experience there, for every single thing there, specially my son enjoyed the pool, I liked the hot tub and steam room. Room was clean and breakfast was delicious too. You’re my number one in Red Deer.Great time spent with my son there, beautiful memories.I thank all staff was so nice.

Perfect for our 1 night...

Liked: Room was clean, beds were comfortable, it was quiet even thought there were teams of teens staying there, parking was included, as was a good warm breakfast.
Disliked: Uncomfortably warm. of course there was no window to crack open, either. We could not cool down the room although we had the thermostat down as far as was permitted 18C

4/10 I would only stay...

Liked: Good breakfast, good location in the city, beautiful bathroom.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub was absolutely filthy, the room was dirt, the towels and sheets in our room were dirty.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was absolutely spectacular, the staff were wonderful and answered any questions that I had. We had a fantastic stay and will happily come back again
