Not a good stay

Liked: It's near subway.
Disliked: *They said they upgraded our room but it actually felt downgraded. * Our shower room is too small.* Not easy to communicate with the staff.*The bed is too hard,not comfortable at all.* You hear the noise and traffic outside. We stayed 3 nights and we did not sleep good and got back pain.*The breakfast has a veryyyyyyyy few selection! The breakfast time has begun but they are not ready yet. So you have to wait. And when something is already empty ,it takes a long time before they refill it.They don't take initiative, you have to ask for them to refill it.

The friendly and helpful staff...

Liked: The staff is very helpful and friendly. I wish I could give them 11 out of 10! Kudos especially to the manager on duty (Mikael), to Martina, Malik at the front desk—I forgot the names of the others—-Lucio and Viola at the bar and breakfast area, Samba the guard (yes this hotel has a guard on duty by the entrance), who made my stay very comfortable. This is one of the best hotel staff I have ever encountered.
Disliked: This is a nice hotel just outside the city of Milan. The walk to the Metro (Sesto Marelli) from the hotel is 10 minutes. In the morning, I considered my walk to the metro as warm-up to all the walking i did. Admittedly, walking back to the hotel at the end of a busy day was less enjoyable. BUT, Mikael and Martina pointed out a great benefit from staying at this hotel: it is super-easy to go to Lake Como from the hotel.
