Great value for money
Liked: Good breakfast, great variety

Liked: The staff was helpful and polite . The bed was comfortable and the room was soundproof.
Disliked: This supposed to be a 4 star hotel but in my opinion it wasn't at all. When we checked in the lady told me that my room was upgraded from standard to superior, I was excited about it but wait.....The room was old and small, the bathroom was full of mould in the shower, the toilet seat was moving and we found quite a few long hair on the towels and in the bathroom. There was no water in the room. The minibar was empty and leaking water inside it.The receptionist asked me for a credit card as guaranteed? For what?In the entrance there was a security/guardian that never helped us with the luggage when we arrived or left the hotel.Definitely not a 4 star service.

Not a good stay
Liked: It's near subway.
Disliked: *They said they upgraded our room but it actually felt downgraded. * Our shower room is too small.* Not easy to communicate with the staff.*The bed is too hard,not comfortable at all.* You hear the noise and traffic outside. We stayed 3 nights and we did not sleep good and got back pain.*The breakfast has a veryyyyyyyy few selection! The breakfast time has begun but they are not ready yet. So you have to wait. And when something is already empty ,it takes a long time before they refill it.They don't take initiative, you have to ask for them to refill it.
