Visiting family

Liked: I’ve stayed many times in the hotel,3 this year,as it’s only 15 minutes from my family apartment. Comfortable bed and a good shower it’s all I need.
Disliked: On the first night there was a power cut in the area around 22.30. This meant that my 2 items being charged would not be charged overnight. In the morning I spoke to the front desk who confirmed the power was restored. Could they have done something more late at night to let the occupants know? I can’t answer that.

Price/quality was nice!

Liked: Clean, nice people on reception desk. My bus arrived earlier then should be check in, I was tired but very kind receptionist found the free room number!
Disliked: A little bit cold in November, thin walls and you can a little bit hear your neighbours and a trains due to train road in front of the hotel.20 minutes to metro station.

Pleasant

Liked: The staff was 10/10
Disliked: The rooms were small, breakfast options were limited and the location wasn’t amazing.

It is okey. Really good...

Liked: The hotel looks really nice, the breakfast is really good, many options and they always refill it. The workers were really kind.
Disliked: I really disliked that there are no proper bedsheets, they cover the duvet with sheets and tuck it in the bedframe. It is okey if you like to sleep like you were in a sleeping bed, but we are not. I am sure we could ask for one but we get there really late and just accepted it. It is okey but does not give the feeling of a 4-star-hotel.

I would go there again...

Liked: The hotel is located in a newly constructed building. There is a "room cleaning" service for every day. The room is big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and they have a great variety.
Disliked: My room was on the ground floor near the kitchen and was very noisy from 06:00 every morning.

Staffs on the reception desk...

Liked: It was a First time booking,so I was expecting more not only the look in front of the hotel,saving energy bill while walking up the stairs and walking down,not safe for all clients group,limited light while paying the full amount,can cause accident Mostly concerned when checking out by 1200 and waiting driver for hours to get pick up for airport,the toilet facilities is in the basement where personally,I didn’t feel safe.
Disliked: No kettle facilities to make tea or coffee ,so that we have to go on the bar to order and pay the price even though if it’s an elderly person, Mattress not hygienic and not comfortable Carpet dirty and smelly the view outside was not comfortable as my window was facing an apartment,where I couldn’t open my curtain .It’s the very first time in a hotel room where I got Insects bites.
