Liked: The location is good, just 5 mins walk from the Milan central station. The room is clean and the staff are friendly. Only one small thing I am not comfortable is the bathroom doesn’t have exhaust fan cause unbreathable when someone use it
Disliked: If there are some exhaust fan in the bedroom that will be perfect

Disliked: The room was too hot and the air conditioning was not working. The lowest it would go was 22 degrees but the room was 25.5 degrees and I needed air con to cool it down. I went down to reception and explained this and the lady said it was set to 22 degree but she would change it so I could lower it to 19. I went back up and it still wouldn’t work, so I had to go back down again and she said she’d done it again. I went back up, and it still wouldn’t work. I called down to reception and she said the whole hotel is set to 22degrees and you can’t change it per room. She said after early November they can’t use the air conditioning and that that is the hotels policy. I said that I was burning up, but she just said they can’t do anything. I don’t understand how it is a 4star hotel but you can’t control the temperature of the room. It was too hot and uncomfortable.

Disliked: I paid for a double room of the highest category. At first I was gotten in a tiny room with a sink by the bed, where the window did not open. I asked to change my room, but I was refused. And when the hotel staff themselves could not solve the issue with the window, I was moved to another room. The walls are made of cardboard, you can hear every sound. The photo of the room and real appearance of the room are not the same. The breakfast is disgusting, just awful. The reception staff are unfriendly and rude. The hotel is located in an extremely disadvantaged area. I moved from the hotel after 2 days, although I planned to spend 2 weeks there. I booked for the entire period through booking, my money was not returned. But it was impossible to live in this nightmare!
