Liked: Absolutely nothing. The hotel should be rated for 1 star at best - comparing to 3-star hotel in Rome and 2-star hotel in Ventimiglia.
Disliked: The worst experience ever! I booked 2 rooms 5 months prior to stay - one room specifically with balcony. On the day of check in I kept informing hotel of what time I plan to arrive. We arrived at 10 pm and only then - after I asked will we get what I have booked - front desk informed me that the room with balcony is not available due to renovation. Neither any solution, nor compensation was offered. I also called and informed Booking on the situation, but they were no help either. The consultant suggested only to check in to the rooms since they were already paid. In the room we got instead of the balcony one, only the street lamp outside seemed to be working. We asked for change and new room seemed to be ok at first sight.What we saw next day is on the pictures - pillows most likely never washed, mold all over the bathroom, one faucet falling off the wall, the other faucet and floors not washed properly for months, 2 bulbs working out of 4 on the ceiling. The 'best' lamp was the one on the wall next to bed - original bulbs were not working so someone attached halogen bulb at the bottom of the lamp. I wish I took some pictures of flooring in the halls, it was 'nice' too.Chairs in the breakfast area definitely had not been washed for months either. Seats were supposed to be red, but looked nothing like it.Breakfast was dreadful. No vegetables (i.e. tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, etc.) whatsoever. For bread there were only buns and toast bread, but the toaster was out of service. Only the coffee was tasty.

Pricey and not worth at...

Liked: Breakfast was good and well organised. The lady in charge was very polite and very nice.
Disliked: I couldn’t charge my phone as the plugs on the wall were not working, same as the to. I had say to the receptionist the issue and she said that she couldn’t move me in another room or call the assistance. About the tv she suggests to turn it on … just very pointless! The first day I realised I was without toothpaste, and as in the toilet they had a sign saying to ask the reception desk for one, I went downstairs and she gentlemen suggested to go to the nearest shop. Last but not least, I paid the room for a double room, therefore for two people, but as they saw me alone the first night, they said to the cleaner to don’t restock the room for two but only one.
