Disliked: Air Conditioner did not work, at reception desk their comment was "There is no air condition in Milano", that`s an insult, the room had 28,4 ° degrees, breakfast, you had to pay it separetelly, but fair quality.

Liked: Enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant 2 nights running, and the breakfast was actually ok
Disliked: I was staying in a Twin room with my colleague, when we arrived there was only 1 towel & no facecloths whatsoever. We had to request extra towels & cloths. The room didn't even have as much as a bottle of a water, let alone a jug for boiling water...The bathroom door didn't shut properly, the toilet had water trickling through it all night - rather annoying when trying to sleep. Beds only had 1 rather flat pillow each & the mattresses were certainly on the hard side

Disliked: The place had sraff but not enough. They were helpful however. The cost was too much for what’s you got. As a result we only stayed one night.and went somewhere else. Vincent
