Enjoyable place but spoilt by...

Liked: It was an expensive stay and you don’t expect rules to be plastered everywhere e.g. don’t put wine glasses in the dishwasher and if they break the guest would be charged for after hour visit from tradesman. The air conditioner was on a timer and the heat woke us up in the middle of the night. The lounge suite had stains on it.
Disliked: As above

Liked: Right on the beach - the breeze was wonderful and when the doors were closed there was NO outside noise at all. So peaceful.
Disliked: That I couldn’t stay longer!

Liked: We loved the location. Close to the lifesaver beach- the tavern, fish & chip shop, cafes chemist bakery and 7 eleven. The pool was heated to a nice temperature. Looked lovely at night. Comfortabe furniture in pool area. The beds in 303 were comfortable along with nice comfortable furniture. Modern large bathrooms. Bedrooms had ceiling fans which was great. Large balconyAirconditioning was excellent Large modern kitchen and bathrooms
Disliked: The room wasn't quite to standard with being clean- being busy season the cleaners may have been rushed. Staff helped me with this by offering to have the room cleaned and late check out Floor 3 is quite loud with traffic noise- but does have sound proof sliding doors you can close for quiet. The pool area- glass fencing at pool fencing and gates could have done with a good clean being xmas period Parking!! Each unit has a designated parking spot underneath- but the spaces are tiny!!! If you have a 4 wheel drive or large vehicle, maybe request a space that is larger as our car is small and we couldn't open the rear doors while parked in the space. Large cars looked to be squished into the building wall and hung out of the parking space.
