We didn't stay we lost...

Liked: Soon as we pulled up there was very sketchy looking people out on their balconies, was dirty and very run down . We didn't stay in the room we booked another room and were told it was a 107 .00 cancelation fee. The pictures of the rooms on their website are not at all what the rooms look like , they are very dirty and smell . I opened the door and did not go any further. We did find out that the city houses their homeless their which is great and I'm all for that, but then keep that motel strictly for that and don't false advertise what your motel actually looks like . Absolutely horrible and I didn't even get a refund at all . If you are traveling or have children do not book this hotel

Liked: I dint like anything I booked my room and was reaching by 10.09 pm but there was no one in the office and they put a tag there that you can call at this number after 10 pm. I have no count that how many million times I called them all night and there was no response !!!!!!This fu&&@kng hotel is not responsible for anything
