Liked: Helpful staff. Very good food. Large rooms and great WiFi.
Disliked: We had drains smells in our room but we were soon changed

Disliked: The outside and reception area is very poor. Very little parking facilities. Petty but one bag of crisps between a couple in the room for the price charged??

Liked: We recently stayed at The Ice House Hotel, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience.The location is perfect, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. It's an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy a relaxing break.The room suite was amazing—spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, creating a luxurious and welcoming space to relax in.The spa facilities were outstanding, particularly the outdoor hot tub and the relaxation room with heated loungers. Both provided the perfect setting to switch off and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.The food was simply delicious. Every meal was fresh, full of flavour, and expertly prepared, making dining at the hotel an absolute pleasure.Overall, The Ice House Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it and look forward to returning.
