Me and my best friend stayed here as we were seeing Shane Filan at the Barbican Centre. The bathroom door didn't have a lock on and I slipped when I went into the bathroom, as the floor was wet but didn't have a wet floor sign. The room had an unpleasant odour to it. The curtains were dirty and didn't match, then in the morning the window sill was soaked - water had even dripped down the wall and wet the carpet. It was freezing as there wasn't a heater in the room. The breakfast was ok but the staff didn't replenish the food enough though. It would have been a nicer atmosphere if there was music.
Disliked: We were disappointed with our stay :-(

Poor
Disliked: Uncomfortable stay in tired, dated hotel that hadnt thought through the room layouts. Musky smell in room. Had to move room once due to noise and comfort.

Dismal
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I have held off on this as frankly - this place requires a detailed slating. We booked because we wanted to charge our EV onsite. This now affects the experience like not having wifi a few years ago. Car park too small and normal cars in the way. IBIS - get it sorted please. Room was utterly sub-optimal - bed was crap. I nearly walked but my wife held me back as we'd already spent quite an amount of money on the room and getting there.
