Me and my best friend stayed here as we were seeing Shane Filan at the Barbican Centre. The bathroom door didn't have a lock on and I slipped when I went into the bathroom, as the floor was wet but didn't have a wet floor sign. The room had an unpleasant odour to it. The curtains were dirty and didn't match, then in the morning the window sill was soaked - water had even dripped down the wall and wet the carpet. It was freezing as there wasn't a heater in the room. The breakfast was ok but the staff didn't replenish the food enough though. It would have been a nicer atmosphere if there was music.

We absolutely loved breakfast.

Liked: The building looked absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were spacious and stylish.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like about the building.

Liked: Nothing - hotel was closed and had been for months.
Disliked: Two days earlier you sent me check-in details for a hotel that effectively didn't exist!

Liked: We weren't told till 2 days before our stay that it wasn't open after refurbish yet .. but on the plus was upgraded to the 5 star grand hotel which was outstanding .Shocking though that we weren't told the ibis was still closed till 2 days before and only then because I had messaged the hotel
