Liked: The breakfast was very good. The restaurant for dinner was REVOLTING. INEDIBLE. WORSE THAN LAST YEAR. Bedroom was much shabbier than 6 months ago. Could use a lick of paint. All staff really helpful. Locations is so convenient. The food offer could really use a shake up. It has a ready market but unless you want a basic burger the food was shocking. Thankyou.

Disliked: The check-in experience was a disaster. We stood in a very unorderly queue, with lots of cheating people entering from the side. Each check-in took 5 mins and with over 150 check-ins we waited for 1,5 hours most of the time in minus degrees with the door open - as people were blocking it with the queue starting in the carpark.I am aware that this was an extraordinary day with snow closing the airport, but I urge this hotel chain to deal with emergencies in a better way. More staff are needed and a quicker check-in, without the manual entering of details. The customer can do this all online when booking so unsure why it needs to be done again. Not happy.

Liked: Decent rooms. Simple but everything you need. Good for a work stay. There is lots of parking space behind a locked fence.
