Pleasant

Liked: The location of the hotel is great, close to the centre and the railway station. Breakfast was very tasty.
Disliked: There was a smell of cigarettes in the room even though the hotel is strictly non-smoking, we had to buy an air freshener. The room is terribly small, there is no space to store your clothes.

Ok hotel, saving on heating...

Liked: Good location at affordable price
Disliked: It was rather cool in the room during this winter stay and the heating did not seem to operate. I discussed it with the receptionist who first pretended everything was working perfectly, which wasn’t the case and then promised to fix it. Nothing was done during 4 days so I suspect they were just saving on heating cost…

Very good

Liked: Great location, just 5 minutes walk into Ulm centre. Room quiet and bed comfortable. Underground parking is a bonus.
