Liked: The staff at the breakfast was friendly (but some of the staff at the welcome desk were rude!)
Disliked: The room did not look like the pictures on the website. It was extremely narrow and also old-fashioned. It may be ok for one night, but definitely not for a week. There was also practically no space to place a big luggage trunk and still have room to work comfortably on the computer. There was a lot noise from the neighboring flat (music practice and other things).The staff in the restaurant was very friendly, but the staff at the entrance was not so friendly. There some staff at the welcome desk were definitely not. I experienced twice after midnight only being let in after some time standing in the rain. If you have a locked frontdoor, make sure that there is always, ALWAYS, somebody letting you in. The first night I was even questioned who I was etc. And since it was my first night I did not immediately recall the number which made the person at the desk rather rude... . I stay regularly in a hotel of IBIS because it's easy and you know what you get. Well this IBIS was the first time that I definitely did not get what I expected (and what I got was not positive).I do not recommend the place.
