Great location with no AC...

Liked: Very convenient location for transport and site seeing, we could walk everywhere. Room was spacious and quiet. We arrived early in the morning and were able to check in straight away.
Disliked: The room didn’t seem completely clean when we checked in. The AC didn’t work at all so we had the window open over night. We were therefore attacked my mosquitoes and it was still stifling hot so did not get a good sleep.

Liked: Breakfast was a pleasant surprise.
Disliked: Reception staff not as welcoming or as proactive as they should be eg they did not volunteer breakfast times nor did they offer us a map.I was incorrectly informed on the morning of my departure to Toulouse that my credit card was invalid. This caused me undue inconvenience and an unnecessary string of emails.

Disliked: The pillows were too soft for me.No tea or coffee maker in the room.
