Exceptional

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Good value for the money. Wi-Fi of good quality. Parking available. Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No smart TV

Everything was good except for...

Liked: The staff was friendly and the beds where comfortable. I also liked the late hours pizza service which was very tasty!
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't so great... food tasted ok, but the coffee machines kept running of milk.. as soon as I went to the machine for a single cup of coffee the milk kept finishing, when I go to the other machine, that one ran out aswell.. took me 6 tries to get 1 cup of coffee. And also the bacon was finished and they didn't bring out more even though we were there in the middle of the breakfast time

A great week away and...

Liked: Great place to stay with friendly staff who will do everything to make you feel welcome and comfortable, Breakfast was great with plenty of choice to suit everyone’s taste.
Disliked: Had to pay for parking but if we had booked direct with the hotel it would have been complimentary.

Good place to stay if...

Liked: Good location, quiet place. Parking available. Courteous staff. Efficient check-in and check-out.
Disliked: My assigned room (#104) had a very weird smell to it, seemed like stalled/moldy air. I had not raised this with the staff because of my short stay but nonetheless, the hotel management should conduct a regular quality check of each room and avoid such unpleasant situations happening to any of its guests.
