Disliked: I was awoken from my sleep at about 2am in the morning by cigarette smoke permeating into my room. It was very strong and I had to open my window to let fresh air into the room. Earlier in the day there was also a very strong presence of cigarette smoke in the hallway. As a non smoker and an asthmatic this is not acceptable to me. Also when I was checking in I was asked to pay an extra fee for parking. This was not mentioned when I booked in and paid with Booking.com. If a parking fee is to be charged then it should be explained when booking the accommodation, not holding someone to ransom at check in.

Disliked: It was disgusting. There was mould in the room. There were markings (that looked like blood) on the towels. There was a thick layer of dust on the glassware. Most alarmingly, there was electrical issues with the lights that when you opened the curtain the light would turn on and off - it wouldn’t turn on otherwise. Very unsafe. If you’re after cheap and nasty - this is the place for you!

Disappointing and unhygienic

Liked: The hotel room was filthy. We only expected a small but clean room and was horrified by the large marks on the doona and curtains. We mentioned this to staff but nothing was done and there was no solution offered. It was was very very bad- had there been anywhere else to stay close by, we would have left.
Disliked: Very unclean. Sink didn’t drain. Very small.
