Liked: staff where amazing and very helpful, very close to ICC and other attractions. Good selection for breakfast. Good coffee.
Disliked: aircon only had hot air,staff did look at it but couldn't be fix. they did get us a fan though. Room and Bathroom rundown for the price. Fridge in room also didn't work properly

Perfect for our needs and...

Liked: I have stayed at the Darling Harbour Ibis many times with family and always find it so convenient, comfortable, clean and good value for money. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a small bin for rubbish in the main room and not only just the bathroom.

Liked: Was depressing and not as pictured on your site
Disliked: Was not as pictured and way over priced will never stay there again

Disliked: Staff mixed up the payment for breakfast. Sorted out but then proceeded to charge the extra to my card later without my consent. Not happy at all, Not only was I over charged but the deceptive manor in which it was done was appositely appalling and has changed my view on the integrity and culture of the entire team .
