A problem, but dealt with...

Liked: The lady at reception was great. When the bathroom flooded she immediately moved us to another room and gave us a free breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: The bathroom flooded.

Disliked: No access to microwave, staff couldn’t tell how many rooms I booked.

Liked: Location and facilities. We checked in late after a pre booked house was too awful
Disliked: Bit of traffic noise from road. But overall v v good .

Not the best and very...

Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: Dirty carpets, poor bed, dirty towels, guests in pyjamas in reception bar area and later discovered they were in emergency housing, room and corridors stunk of wet dog
