Liked: Excellent value for the money. Nearly perfect it was. If I ever have business in Zurich again, I know where I'm going. Being close to the Hauptbahnhof is an added bonus. Very well done indeed.
Disliked: Wifi with no password. Please secure your wifi. It gives us IT people the heeby-jeebies. Also, a water boiler in the room would have been nice. Easy way to make tea and they're cheap. Worthwhile investment in my opinion.

Liked: Location close to train and center, and direct tram stop (which is crucial in Zurich)
Disliked: some more variety at breakfast would be great
