Liked: parking at the location, in the middle of the city. Quiet rooms.

Liked: Location is perfect
Disliked: The room could not be heated, the ventilation system does not seem to work, this is acceptable for those who use the room only for sleeping.But an icy bathroom with no heating at all is not acceptable.
