Liked: The location. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The beds were very uncomfortable .. it sinks with your body. None of us the three guests have been able to sleep at all. The heater Was extremely weak even though we set it on the maximum temperature, to the point I called the reception to ask for more blankets in the middle of the night, and the answer was they didn’t have any extra blankets. Even though we stayed for only one night, but it was terrible. Moreover, it is central. But the noise isolation is very poor to the point we were hearing everything happening in the street.For the hygiene, the working ladies use the same elevator as the guests. We asked for extra pillows, and surprisingly there were no room service and we had to go down to the reception to get them. So the night we spent was not worth the 160 euros we paid for at all.

Liked: The location is very convenient. Room was small but comfortable and quiet. Very good breakfast and lovely staff. Perfect for city visit and sightseeing.
