Liked: Very quiet & spacious room. Sufficient parking. Good breakfast. Good value for money.
Disliked: Bedboard (vertical part of bedframe extending above pillows) was dirty (hate to even think what it was). We tried to clean w toilet paper, but not successful. We asked reception for extra cleaning -- but he said that the room was clean! How very strange not to believe us!! We then asked for an extra towel to take care of it ourselves. Which I did with shower gel and hot water. Ugh. Location is very far from decent restaurants and far from town center.

Quirky, fun hotel with a...

Liked: The hotel was modern and quirky which made a nice change from other hotels we stayed in. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Service was good.
Disliked: Couldn't get the air con in our room to work. It looked as though it was turn off (it was October) and it was a hot night so it made sleeping uncomfortable.

Good choice

Liked: The room although on a busy road had very effective glazing- hence a good nights sleep. Everything was spotlessly clean, Very new hotel and the facilities exceeded expectations for the star ratings on this hotel. Breakfast was excellent with delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. Coffee was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel, slightly strange unknown area of Rouen but we used as a pit stop en route to Calais from the South of France- and it definitely exceeded our expectations.
Disliked: underground parking had very steep incline to access - some above ground parking but limited.
