Excelletn stay

Liked: Excelet location. Metro and train station was just a couple of minutes away. The room was exceptionally quiet despite being by the busy road. Excellent breakfast. Room had a great bath and shower. There is plenty of room for the storage as well.
Disliked: Towels were not changed for 3 days while we were there

1 night stay in Paris

Liked: Location is great, 2-3 mn from the train station (RER C & metro 14 line). The breakfast was good, the staff smiling and welcoming.
Disliked: Everything was great for 1 night stay

Do not ask for breakfast...

Liked: We ended up with this hotel with a good price/Quality ratio. The room was ok Warm and suitable. The distance with the center was mitigated by the fact that the metro was very close!
Disliked: However, i got highly disappointed by the fact that the owner promised us to get prepared a breakfast box as we had to leave at 4 am, and especially because we paid for that breakfast. So, after saying “yes, yes, I have already prepared something for you” the morning the guy at the reception said that he didnt receive any Message and recommendation from her owner. A bit liers. Very disappointing.

Liked: The room was extremely comfortable and the hotel was clean and chic. The entire staff team was extremely polite and helpful, with a special mention for Dana who checked us in within 15 minutes of arrival which was excellent as we travelled the entire morning. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we hope to stay there again the next time we visit Paris.
Disliked: Not applicable.
