A very pleasant stay

Liked: The front desk staff is nice. The room is new, clean and spacious. The location is great, close to restaurants, metro stations and shopping malls. It's overall quiet and it feels safe to walk around in the evening.

Liked: The hotel was cozy, situated in a quiet residential area with shops and restaurants on walking distance. The room was small but very clean. Not suitable for a longer stay since it didn't have a closet - we had to keep our clothes in the troller for the entire time. The view to La Defense was amazing. The front desk staff were nice and responsive. A 7 minutes walk to the La Defense Esplanade where we could take the train or metro for going to Paris. The price of the room is fair, considering it included breakfast. Breakfast was OK, a plus for the fresh squeezed orange juice.
Disliked: In our first morning, the cutlery from the breakfast room were dirty, with traces of . This was gross and a big minus. However, the following mornings everything was OK, the cutlery was clean.

Liked: Excellent continental breakfast with good quality food. Very friendly and helpful staff (we asked for an extra pillow and it was delivered really quickly). Location was good for us as we were attending a concert in La Defense. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Room is really very small. I guess we knew the room size from our booking but didn’t appreciate how small that was until we saw it. No real space for luggage and two people can’t move around at once. Only one foot of space along bed at one side.
