Liked: The staff was very friendly. Good location if you’re using Gare de Lyon.
Disliked: Of all the places we stayed over 4 weeks, this was the most expensive for the least value. The elevator did not work so we had to schlep 4 bags up 4 flights of winding stairs. My impression was that this was not an unusual situation. The staff helped carry bags and they were very friendly and trying to make the best of a bad situation. How does such a big hotel have only one tiny elevator. The room was tiny tiny. No coffee maker and the breakfast was very average. The design of the hotel is not good. Very narrow hallways and very cramped room. We were on the street side so there was constant street noise, but welcome to Paris.
