Overall Great stay, highly recommend!

Liked: Great hotel, friendly attentive staff, very helpful and accommodating!Indigo Parking coupon came after booking.
Disliked: Breakfast dishes were limited, staff washed off a plate for my daughter from a used table with a rag used to clean tables and cold water. We left.

Ok for one night when...

Liked: Breakfast was quite good with a reasonable choice. Reception staff pleasant and friendly enough.
Disliked: Entrance and foyer to the hotel could be more inviting. Room and bathroom very small, carpets a bit grubby looking and the entire hotel is a bit tired and in need of a refresh.

Liked: Great location. Really good to be able to book adjacent rooms with connecting door.
Disliked: Heating was a bit hit and miss. Sink drain one room was blocked

Liked: Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice. Location was super near the Gare de l'Est. Being able to leave luggage for a couple of hours after check out also really helpful
