Very good

Liked: Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice. Location was super near the Gare de l'Est. Being able to leave luggage for a couple of hours after check out also really helpful

Great overnight for catching train...

Liked: Location to gare de lest across the roadClean tidy exceptionally helpful desk staff great breakfast
Disliked: Usual central Paris top floors with small lifts but as expected and not a lot can be done about it.

Very good

Liked: A good, simple chain room. Not a bad size. And a good location for heading off to Gare du Nord for the Eurostar.Very happy with the secure bike storage in the room. Would struggle with a large bike and no chance of getting a tandem in the lift!

A decent place if you...

Liked: Super well located. Right outside of Paris east train station. Many metro lines. Clean and friendly staffs. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The room is super small, the bed taking 90% space, can barely walk. About 200 Euros per night, maybe cuz it was during the Olympics.

Pleasant

Liked: The hotel was near the center and that is great. The employees are very nice and polite. Breakfast is nice. Everything is pretty clean.
Disliked: On the other hand, the neighborhood is not very nice and loud. The whole place (room, hallways...) is quite small.

Nice hotel, shame about my...

Liked: Good location 2mins walk from Gare de L'Est which is ideal for an early morning train. Breakfast was good and starts at an early time which is ideal.
Disliked: I only stayed for one night and although I was able to have a hot shower the evening I arrived, the shower the next morning was cold. When I mentioned this to the guy on reception there was no offer of remedying the issue either through fix or discount.
