Rude staff, awful customer service

Liked: Hotel was overbooked and we were moved to another hotel. Rude staff who weren’t helpful or sympathetic to the situation.

Liked: 24h desk service. Location close to Gare de l'Est.
Disliked: Small lobby and rooms. However enough, if the plan is to visit the city instead of being inside.

Adequate stay but overpriced.

Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms could have been cleaner. Expensive for size of room but i suppose expected in Paris. Breakfast was acceptable but tables were not cleared and tables dirty. I have stayed in alot of Ibis Styles hotels and this was not as good as the others.

Great location at a good...

Liked: The room was simple but had everything we needed for a short stay. There was a carafe of water and a TV but no kettle. There is a separate room for the shower and toilet, too, not the frosted glass like some of the Ibis do. The breakfast had a good range of food and drink too. I liked juice from the freshly squeezed orange juice machine! And it is the first time I have had a 'fill your own tea bag' option. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The cartoon doodle style wall art wasn't to my taste, but you couldn't see it when the lights were off!

A decent stay in Paris...

Liked: The location is a walking distance from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. It is convenient if you are traveling by train. Metro station is also nearby. The breakfast is a standard buffet, with some options from bread, cereals, and fruits.
Disliked: The room is not spacious. Just enough to put your small luggage. But that's what you got with this price in Paris.
