Disliked: We were on the top floor. You could hear a loud humming sound that didn’t stop. Extraction vents.

Disliked: Staff, the girl who was at the desk on the (not remember her name,curly brown hair ) 01/11/2024 at 11iish pm,wasn't welcoming at all ! Rude, I have made simple questions and she did answer with such arrogant attitude! If your staff is not happy to receive questions from your guest why she took a job where she MUST be polite and helpful?! Breakfast was very poor, I have been at other hotel and this "buffet " wasn't nothing good ,the kids was trying to boil the eggs,wasn't enough water to cook the egg !!!!! Toilet paper: we were 4 people in a room, no even a half of the TP roll was there ! Bathroom sink was blocked Towel only 3 when we are 4 people.

Practical, clean hotel. Very well...

Unfortunate situation

Liked: It was clean and the staff were very helpful. We decided not to stay as we couldn’t share a family room, the staff were great and refunded us.
Disliked: There was a leak while we were there so we couldn’t have a room together. There is no kettle in the room. It was a little style over substance.
