Superb

Liked: Staff where incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay in Paris. Breakfast was included and was a great start to the day. Location was perfect - right next to the Metro and a 30 minute walk from the river and all the sights along it.

Liked: Friendly staff, good location
Disliked: Room was too warm, ac didn't work. Couldn't really sleep with window open due to noise. Breakfast very basic. Room was strangely very dark, no lighting

Worst IBIS I have stayed...

Disliked: Tired and shabby state of decoration. Bathrooms did not feel clean, eg hair found in one shower - grouting around bad/shower was dirty.Bad water pressure from sink tape.Someone had been sick in a lift - it had been washed up with water but no disinfectant - terrible smell.

Disliked: Breakfast was not value for moneyThere should be an electric kettle in room rather than having a shared one at reception. Washroom lights were very low . The lux level was poor

Good location. No cot facility

Liked: Was great location.If you are a family of 2 adults 2 children with a baby , note they don’t offer a cot and will ask you to book an additional room for the baby as they won’t allow the baby in your room due to their health and safety. I don’t travel well as I get anxious so this put a big stress on our family trip however the hotel was good location, the breakfast continental buffet is good and the staff was accommodating.

Room was fine if you...

Liked: Breakfast was ok if you got there early enough.
Disliked: The room was on the side next to the Gare De Nord railway track. The noise was unbearable. Then on the second night we get someone banging on doors at 4am for about an hour. Staff said it was nothing to do with the hotel!
