Really good

Liked: GoodSpacious room. Short metro to the centre. Amazing breakfast with lots of choice. Free drinking fountain. Lots of space.
Disliked: Nothing

Comfortable and warm.

Liked: Ideal location for the ACCORD Arena and various bars and restaurants. Soft pillows and comfortable beds. Good reception staff.o
Disliked: No cooked breakfast choice. Savoury choice wasn't great. Very dry.No flavoured yoghurt. Fresh Fruit looked a bit old. Some of the breakfast staff looked as miserable as sin ! Not a great start to the day.

Comfortable stay and great location...

Liked: Good location, easy to get to. Friendly bar staff.
Disliked: Being full breakfast was very busy and felt chaotic, couldn't face going down for it the 2nd morning. Our booking was,for twin and double, we got 2 doubles which took 3 attempts to resolve.
