Cramped facilities

Disliked: Tiny room and bathroom. Very difficult to move around the room or open suitcases. Very limited storage space. Very cramped toilet and bathroom space. Inadequate and poorly bloated plug points.

First time Paris

Liked: Very friendly staff, very clean, cleaning every day, towels are changed, upon request bed linen is changed....... delicious breakfasts, tea, coffee is always available, hot water. You can leave your suitcases if you arrived outside the check-in time, there are photo zones, good location. There is an elevator all floors are accessible by elevator if you wish you can take the stairs to use, the view from the window quite pleasant. The mattress is super comfortable
Disliked: The room is quite small and I did not like the furniture. Because, for example, the bedside table did not have compartments, there were no doors, that is, you could only put something on top of it, there was no place to put the suitcase, so I had to unpack it and put things somewhere, there was a shelf only for outerwear. There was no safe in the room, I had to carry my passports with me, which was quite scary

Liked: Extremely nice and helpful staff. Room is very small but ok for a few days of stay. Breakfast selection is good. They offer free coffee and tea all day which is very nice. Location is great, close to a metro station.
