Liked: The location is okey
Disliked: The bathroom and toilet was dirty and has signs of long cleaning neglect.i also informed the staff about it but nothing was done.The breakfast is not worthy paying for very minimal.One of the days the water and coffee dispensing counters was unattended and the staff on desk didn’t seem to know what to do and kept sending guest to the kitchen for cups since water is provided on one spot at the reception.The manager later came at night to clear the place and was very uncourteous my teen daughter wanted to pick cup downstairs and he kept shouting unnecessarily!Never the less the management needs to have customer care! We regretted for adding another night at the facility. Which was not even receipted.

Liked: Room was spacious, staff friendly, helpful and majority spoke good English. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Orange juice excellent.
