Exceptionally bad communication

Liked: Cannot comment as I didn't stay in this hotel
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that no one informed me that all guests were being transferred to their partner hotel. The doors were closed and no one about and as I can't verbally communicate it proved very difficult to ascertain what to do

Liked: We were moved to Mecure next door so this is what I'm rating.Clean and inviting
Disliked: Bar prices unnecessarily high.. Room too warm. Air con kept going off. Pillows not comfy.
