Good

Liked: Located at a good location and have friendly staff.
Disliked: The room was too warm. I was waking up every now and then as I was sweating and there was no way that I could control the temperature.

The accommodation itself was not...

Disliked: I had to pay in advance 3 nights at arrival. We spent only 2 nights, but I did not get my money back for the unused 1 night!Even if I tried to communicate with the staff there, even if I contacted with them: the Hotel is not answering, they still not take care of my doubt/questions. This is absolutely unacceptable!This behaviour is very strange, and I guess illegal to hold back the price of 1 night, what was not fulfilled!If possible; do not choose this Ibis Style Münich Perlach Hotel, they are not fair!
