I think the room was a single with a double bed in it - very small and no room to move around and nowhere to sit, and the door of the room could not fully open because of the wardrobe behind it. Overall we were disappointed for the amount we paid. We are sorry but we will stick to Premier Inns in the future.

Liked: Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The room was far too small; being it was a double, two of us could not get into the bathroom.

I stayed here with 3 friends for a concert at MEN. It's a fair walk to the arena but taxis are right outside the hotel. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - really lovely. I'd definitely choose this hotel again.

Liked: Everything else!
Disliked: Another set of lifts would have been fantastic - it was very busy so quite a lot of waiting around.

Liked: the location is great we stayed last year for the Christmas markets thats why we chose it again
Disliked: comparing to our stay last year, for the same room but this time for expensive it was cramped. the room in 2023 was much bigger and even had a little sofa in, the room this year you couldnt even walk along the end of the bed. the windows wouldnt open when we needed some fresh air as it was like a sauna! the bathroom was tiny, we had a bath /shower last time, this time we had a shower which couldnt even drain the water, my knees practically touch the door when sat on the toilet which didnt even lock. our room was near a staff private room and im not sure what was happening in there but the amount of noise and banging throughout the night was ridiculous. For the same room at a more expensive price compared to when we have stayed previously in 2023 is a vast difference.

Good value and great location

Liked: Good value for money, friendly staff, great location.
Disliked: More lighting in room, was a little dim

Restaurant food like a fast...

Liked: It’s in a great position for seeing the sights and restaurants and bars
Disliked: It was freezing cold. I mean our room was like a fridge. The lady at reception had a full size heater directly in front of her under her desk.
