I think the room was a single with a double bed in it - very small and no room to move around and nowhere to sit, and the door of the room could not fully open because of the wardrobe behind it. Overall we were disappointed for the amount we paid. We are sorry but we will stick to Premier Inns in the future.

Disliked: The room was far too small; being it was a double, two of us could not get into the bathroom.

I stayed here with 3 friends for a concert at MEN. It's a fair walk to the arena but taxis are right outside the hotel. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - really lovely. I'd definitely choose this hotel again.

Disliked: Staff in the restaurant were inattentive, one staff member was rude to the point of being hostile. Food overpriced for the quality, poor service. Would not recommend.
