Liked: Good location. Very basic but clean
Disliked: They tried to charge €18 for my dog. On reflection they dropped the charge because I was in a single room. But if you stay in a double you will be charged for your dog and you will receive absolutely nothing in return

Liked: Highly recommend superior double with balcony. Spacious & clean for both bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower. Helpful staff. Great breakfast and location.
Disliked: The mattress was a bit hard but that's personal preference.

Beautiful Madrid

Liked: The location was perfect, conveniently located near all the main attractions. Both the breakfast and the room were excellent.
Disliked: The water from the taps, as well as the water at breakfast, had a strong chlorine taste.
