Good location and friendly staff.

Liked: The receptionist who was a young lady was very kind and friendly. The location was very convenient to visit the main sightseeing spots. We booked a room with balcony, which was good for our dogs. Although tow other hotels didn’t accept one of our dogs who weighs 25kg, this hotel did and gave them treat boxes.

Liked: Excellent location, close to Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, Prado Museum and Retiro Park. The front desk was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Very small rooms with thin walls with minimal comfort. The amount paid for the hotel doesn't reflect its value.

Liked: The location is great! You’re able to walk to most of the locations, but if you don’t want to, the metro station Anton Martin (blue line) is a very close walk away. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was delicious.
