BAD EXPERIENCE

Liked: Nothing- too small room without any amenities!ROI is worst- quality commensurate to the cost.Location- too far from the mail Lyon city.
Disliked: High cost - poor service.Too small room without any amenities.

Great hotel to stay in...

Liked: Good location for event at the stadium. Clean, reasonable price per night .Very good buffet breakfast .Use of small pool.
Disliked: Staff weren’t particularly welcoming or friendly .

Perfect for what we wanted...

Liked: Clean, modern, pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to the stadium and a great craft beer pub just down the road.
Disliked: Nothing it was all good.

Good breakfast and clean

Liked: Breakfast good. Good WiFi. Nice pool with lots of sunbeds available. Comfortable beds, clean. Air con slightly old in room.
Disliked: Male receptionists were very friendly. Female did not say good morning to us or explain how breakfast worked. No air con in reception and staff sat with the fan near them. No water fountains. No fridge in rooms / not advertised that we could use the one in reception.

Good location for football, very...

Liked: Close to the stadium, which was the main reason for my stay during the Olympics. There are a couple of decent restaurants and a bar available right next door if you don't want to go into downtown Lyon (a tram will take you there in under 30 minutes though). Air conditioning in the room and a pool next to the breakfast room (both coming in handy in 35-degree heat), nice local beers available at the bar. Clean room, comfy bed, spacious bathroom. Very decent breakfast.
Disliked: Pricey. Minimal furniture in the room. Nowhere to sit except on the bed or a stool in the bathroom. If you want to be quick paying for something at the bar, use cash because the credit card machine seems to take forever every single time. Note that those are tiny issues and are more than made up for by the positive stuff above.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location, walkable to the stadium for our Olympic event. There were lots of activities for my kids in the lobby (foosball table, games, a pool)!

Very good

Liked: The staff allowed me to do the Check in at 12pm as the room was ready. It’s walking distance to the Lyon Stadium
Disliked: The room and bathroom smelled as if they haven’t open a window in a while (turning on the Air Con helped). There was like a chirp sound.
