Liked: Breakfast was great. Location is fantastic for access to ground and air transport.
Disliked: There was an insect, possibly a mosquito, in my bedroom that bit me causing a severe allergic reaction. The hotel claims to have investigated this complaint but they found no evidence of infestation. I feel sorry for the next guest who uses that room. For my part, I will not return to this hotel.

Liked: The staff was very helpful, and extremely friendly. There was a water fountain (still and sparkling), coffee machine and fresh pastries (pain au chocolat and croissants) in the lobby. They had a wide selection of food for breakfast. The room we stayed in was spacious, with a kettle and safe.It’s less than 5 minutes to the train station and lots of public transport options nearby.NB There are 3 ibis hotels in the vicinity of the train station, so make sure you head to the right one!
Disliked: There weren’t lots of electrical outlets all over the room, they were on one side of the bed and at the desk. If you opened the window, you could hear the announcements from the train station (we were staying on the 9th floor).Still, a very pleasant experience overall.

Helpful staff, very convenient location

Liked: The staff were really friendly! There was a prompt response about allowing our dog at the table during breakfast. I asked about post offices in the area, the staff printed out a Google Map to the nearest one and gave me a large envelope
Disliked: I didn't need the map printed - I think we kind of misunderstood each other, but it was a kind gesture nonetheless.
