Disliked: Old Arcade games didn't work, and kids were hoping that they would play

Disliked: There was a solid sound on the window side. I could not sleep well. Also the settings of hot water is not working correctly. Both of the problems are related to room. So I was unlucky. Normally it is good place for families.

Never believed I would rave...

Liked: Last minute booking on a Friday night driving back from Alps. Arrived hoping for dinner to find restaurant fully booked and the whole place packed with families driving down for skiing over NY. BUT cheerful check in staff, pizzas at the bar and a huge buzz about the place made it very memorable - well done all, but especially the fantastic barman who cooked the pizzas!
Disliked: Nothing - it was a fun stop over!

Superb

Liked: Friendly stuff, everything you need is there, clean and comfortable. The kids were super excited, there is a kids place to play, ping pong, table football. But the breakfast is an art on itself. In Europe you won’t find a better breakfast in a hotel. Definitely recommend
