Liked: One of these super nicely laid out hotels with small but very neat and intelligently laid out rooms. Superb cleanliness, fine continental breakfast buffet. Great staff. The location next to Borough Market, London Bridge (and station) and Guy's campus is fab.
Disliked: The room was quite cold and for a continental breakfast I expected a bit more varied bread and a fruit salad. Price was maybe a tad high for what you get, was recently in a similar hotel near Russell Sq that was cheaper and had just a tad more.
