Liked: Very central and easy to get around. Room was very dark at night, needed more lighting just to look inside cupboard (for example). Breakfast was very good. No gym, but had arrangement with partner hotel next door.
Disliked: Dark room, needed a bit of extra light.

Confortable and quirky hotel. Not...

Liked: The decor and relaxed atmosphere. The high standard of the food and the service. The comfort of the bed, and location of light switches and plug sockets. The over bed table was a useful touch. The shower room with toilet was well laid out and very clean.
Disliked: There were some confusing things: Nowhere to plug kettle in except by bed, as the power brick on the table seemed unlikely to be rated for a kettle. Nowhere to put the hairdryer down, except on the floor, which was awkward. I didn’t need this, but the pillow alert for a deaf person to recognise the fire alarm had been left under the bed, with it’s cable trapped by a bed leg.
