Liked: the room was extremely small which would put me off staying there again, there was an iron but absolutely no way you could iron anything

Liked: The greeting by the day to day staff were good, they are clearly not management as management at this hotel is not good.
Disliked: The showers were scolding hot and unusable as the temperature doesn't change. I contacted the manager about this several times and they said they would investigate it and never did. The room itself is very small and has no windows and obviously not clean hence why the room had such low lighting. The fact that a hotel room doesn't have a working shower immediately makes it a waste of money. I am asking for a partial refund but the manager is clear trying to wait it out rather than actually considering my request.
