Liked: Location and security is defined the best part about the hotel. Big bed, lovely set up in bathroom with soap, shower gel, lotion and shampoo and conditioner. More than you find in most hotels or accommodations.
Disliked: The price was a bit high for what it was with no parking and poor other facilities. The room was a bit small, and shower water was beyond boiling water with no way to decrease temperature

Liked: Very well located next to the Romford Station, the beds were comfortable and the rooms big enough for a business trip.
Disliked: The breakfast is terrible for this type of hotel. Hardly any alternative options, soft bread and pastries only, everything tasted very plastic and the hot food were cold ish. On my second morning the coffee machine wasn’t working and the staff didn’t try to arrange a solution which was disappointing, even boiling water with dissolvable coffee could have been a better option than nothing.
