Perfect but could have been...

Liked: Not too busy, convenient to Heathrow, lovely staff
Disliked: Limited parking. We were lucky to get the last spot don’t know what we’d have done if no space- can’t prebook parking. We had 2 rooms. Husband driven to collect friend and I from a long flight arriving late so stayed night travelled on home in morning

Cheap, convenient, clean - but...

Liked: Good value - cheap accommodation to access the airport. Bus stops near by. Room was awkward but fine. Clean bathroom.If you enjoy sleeping on the floor you’ll like the beds. Very, very hard. I guess tolerable after travelling for 24hrs.Mini fridge had an unpleasant smell so we didn’t open it again.

Disliked: There was a floorboard missing in the room, felt as if I was going to fall through in that area.
