Liked: The location and modern design were great.
Disliked: The shower had low water pressure (not surprising in London), but even so, the drain still overflowed.

Perfect for short stays in...

Liked: We stayed at this accommodation for 3 nights. The room was very clean. We were welcomed in the room with a bottle of water, a few bags of instant coffee, a pack of coffee creamer, a few tea bags and some biscuits. We had clean towels every day. The breakfast was perfect, definitely above average. A wide selection of salami, cheese, fruit, vegetables and various drinks. Anamaria served us at breakfast and made our stay at this accommodation even more beautiful.The metro station is right opposite the hotel which made it much easier for us to move around the city.

Although location is excellent, dark...

Liked: The location was excellent and the lobby is pretty good and warm as well.
Disliked: The room was in basement floor with no view and too dark. I do not think it was someone's expectation to stay in such a bad room for a beautiful London trip. This information has to be stated in booking. There were plenty of good options around, I will never prefer again. And staff was not so welcoming and even did not ask anything about my stay when I check out or during my stay. I tried to have fun in London although this displeasing room and mediocre hotel service.

A perfect blend of comfort,...

Liked: Had a fantastic stay at Ibis. The room was spotless, modern, and quiet. The location is perfect, just minutes from Glouster Road Underground station and top attractions such as the Natural History and Science Museum, Kensigton and Hyde PArk. Staff were welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

Disliked: Uncomfortable bed. Shower didn’t drain properly. No bar fridge.
