Great stay

Liked: It was really clean, comfortable, easy to check in and very close to Tube station.
Disliked: Nothing not to like really, maybe a bigger choice of drinks in the room as there was only tea or coffee.

Disliked: Getting off on the 4th floor to go up to the 5th floor felt like going up to the broom cupboard because the stairs weren’t hoovered… Room was ok, didnt love the london underground style but sure.. showerdrain was blocked so had water up round the ankles

Unpacking, repacking our suitcase.

Liked: Location was great, close to the train station and buses. Very close to RAH and museums. The breakfast was also well laid out and covered many requirements. The third room lived up to your advertising.The staff were friendly, professional and helpful.
Disliked: The first room had a damaged wall light exposing live contacts. We were sent to a different room which was extremely small, very cold (13.5) and the bathroom smelt of drains. We complained but were told the hotel was full. A member of staff came to sort the heating but like us was unable to do so in the room and had to go elsewhere to sort it, it heated up within the hour. We were told we would be moved in the morning. Lunch time we were allocated an upgraded room which was spacious and very comfortable. Sunday morning we were offered a complimentary breakfast which was comprehensive and enjoyable.

Liked: The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and the rooms were lovely and spacious as well as been modern and clean !!

Very good

Liked: Repeat customer here. The rooms aren’t big but they’re reliably comfortable. The location near the tube is fantastic and within walking distance to so many attraction. Nice design too
Disliked: The fifth floor has no elevator and I didn’t know this about my room in advance. It’s only one floor (fifteen stairs) but with a calf injury, it made my time more uncomfortable. This would be good to advertise about those rooms from the outset

Exceptional

Great location, nice staff, overall...

Liked: Initial room was a little noisy due to it being near the breakfast room (and road). Staff moved us the next morning without any problems and stored our bags for the day. New room was much quieter so full marks to them for helping. Great location on several main tube lines.
Disliked: Nothing in particular.
