Excellent service and comfortable facilites...

Liked: Staff were very welcoming in this excellent Ibis, which also boasts 24h bar and food service (although a reduced menu offering only pizza after 11pm, but still that's really quite nice). Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and well insulated both for noise and temperature (it was well below freezing when we visited and the room was nice and warm). The breakfast/dinner space is nice and the area also has a number of cafe/restaurant options, as well as having a fast direct connection with central London through the Elisabeth line, so very convenient. We had a very good stay and would recommend this hotel for short or longer stays.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: Breakfast was really poor. Also, while I was the only person at the breakfast buffet just about to make a coffee for myself, familiarizing my self with the machine, a member of staff coming from the back, quickly “cut in” to make herself a tea and coffee. No questions asked.
